The regular meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of
Trustees was held on Wednesday, December 13, 2000 at 7:30
P.M. in the V.F.W. Hall.

Present: Mayor Belding, Tr. Bain and Atty.
Viglotti.

ACTION ON MINUTES:

Minutes of last regular meeting 11-8-00 had been duplicated
and previously presented to Board members.

Tr. Bain reported the 3rd and ~th paragraph from the end of
meeting, relating to finances and statements made by Tr.
Cerino needs revision as he doesn't think this was written as
it was intended. The Board should visit that whole budget
situation before we make this as a permanent record of the
minute statement.

Tr. Cerino said that, in the context of what transpired at
the last meeting, he agrees with Tr. Bain.

Motion by Tr. Davis, seconded by Tr. Lawrence that minutes be
accepted as corrected. Carried.

COMMUNICATIONS:

Village Justices' reports and Summary of Zoning fees
collected for November, 2000 on file at Village Hall

Motion by Tr. Juliano, seconded by Tr. Marshal]. that the
above curb cut request be referred back to the Planning ~Board
for further review of specifications. Carried.
