The regular mseting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees was held on <br />Wednesday, February 8, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hinzmann, Tr. DiD~mizio, Tr. Cerino, Tr. Shay, Tr. Traver, Tr. <br />Hemingway, Tr. Goebel and Atty. Viglotti. <br />Also present: Police Ccmlnissioner Terwilliger, Treasurer Masterson and Public <br />Works Supt. Thomas Marshall. <br /> <br />_~r~--tes b~--the regtular Village Board n~cting held December 12, 1994 had been <br />dup. licated and previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />.Motion by Tr. Shay, seconded by Tr. Cerino that the above minutes be accepted as <br />written. Carried. <br /> <br />_Minutes of the last regular Village Board meeting held January 11, 1995 had been <br />duplicated and previously presented to Board m~mbers. <br /> <br />Tr. Cerino reported correction on page 2, under Tri-Municipal report: name of <br />company transgrting fabricated concrete fittings was Shultze and Chokes. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Goebel, seconded by Tr. Traver that the above minutes be accepted <br />as written and corrected. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of a Special meeting of th~ Village Board of Trustees held Jan. 25, 1995: <br /> <br />Tr. Goebel reported correction in reference to reimbursement frc~ Water Dept. to <br />the Sewer fund. Rather than $35,000., it should read $35,000. Der yr. for 10 years. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Traver, seconded by Tr, Cerino that the above minutes be accepted as <br />written and corrected, carried. <br /> <br />Resolution Accepting ._Account of Unpai__'d Taxes <br /> <br /> Mmtion by Tr. Traver, seconded by Tr. DiI~zio that the following resolution <br />be adopted: <br /> <br /> ~%EAS, the Village Treasurer has delivered to this Board of Trustees an account <br />of the unpaid Village taxes as of February 1, 1995, %ogether with a verified state- <br />ment that the f~xes mentioned in such account r~nain unpaid, and that sh~ has ~n <br />unable to collect the same, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE Board of Trustees has compared the account with the original tax <br />roll, and has found the same to be a true transcript; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a certificate shall be executed by f_he <br />members of this Board reciting that the account has been so compared and found to <br />be correct; that such certificate shall be attached to said account, and shall <br />state the total amount of taxes unpaid to be in the sum of $269,577.23; that all <br />of the foregoing facts, together with this resolution, shall be included in the <br />official minutes of the proceedings of this Board and that the tax roll and w~/rant <br />sb~nll then be filed in the Qffices of the Village Clerk, where a copy of such <br />roll shall be permanently re~ned as a ~ublic record. <br /> <br />The foregoing resolution was unanimously adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />
