;o3 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on <br />2-10-88 at ?:30 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor ~ynnett, Tr. Greco, Tr. Craft, Tr. Hemingway & Atty. <br />Viglotti. ~ <br />Trustees Breglla and Tr. Losecco absent due to business and Tr. <br />Komornik absent due to illness. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting held 1-13-88 and adjourned meeting <br />held 1-20-88 had been duplicated and previously presented to Board <br />members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Hemingw~y that the above minutes <br />be accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Deputy Zoning Officer Pacio addressed meeting concerning fees for permits. <br />He stated contractors, builders and real estate people advises his office <br />that the Village's rates are the lowest in the County. He presented a <br />proposed Cost Analysis for Buildin9 permits to the Trustees and Village <br />attorney for their review. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett discussed proposed charges for other municipal services. <br /> <br />Above analysis to be reviewed and discussed at the next regular Board <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett reported he will schedule a meeting between County Legislators <br />and the V~llage Boad to discuss budgetary items on a County level. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Craft that the Village Planning Board <br />be appointed as the lead agency representing Village in the Wenliss re- <br />zoning matter. Carried. <br /> <br />Village Board looking into feasability of Planning Board consultant fees. <br /> <br />Proposed ,~ocal law regardin9 insurance for comm,unit,~ activitiesi <br />Action deferred. <br /> <br />Sanitation contract: <br />To be discussed in executive session. <br /> <br />Rwsolution - Unpaid Taxes: <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Hemingway, seconded by Tr. Greco that the following <br />resolution be adopted: <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ the Village Treasurer has delivered to this Board of Trustees <br />an account of the unpaid taxes in the Village as of February 1m 1988, <br />together with a verified statement that the taxes mentioned in such amo~at <br />remained unpaid~ and that he has been unable to collect the same~ and <br /> <br /> <br />
