;o3 The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 2-10-88 at ?:30 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. Present: Mayor ~ynnett, Tr. Greco, Tr. Craft, Tr. Hemingway & Atty. Viglotti. ~ Trustees Breglla and Tr. Losecco absent due to business and Tr. Komornik absent due to illness. Minutes: Minutes of the last regular meeting held 1-13-88 and adjourned meeting held 1-20-88 had been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Hemingw~y that the above minutes be accepted as written. Carried. Deputy Zoning Officer Pacio addressed meeting concerning fees for permits. He stated contractors, builders and real estate people advises his office that the Village's rates are the lowest in the County. He presented a proposed Cost Analysis for Buildin9 permits to the Trustees and Village attorney for their review. Mayor Synnett discussed proposed charges for other municipal services. Above analysis to be reviewed and discussed at the next regular Board meeting. Mayor Synnett reported he will schedule a meeting between County Legislators and the V~llage Boad to discuss budgetary items on a County level. Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Craft that the Village Planning Board be appointed as the lead agency representing Village in the Wenliss re- zoning matter. Carried. Village Board looking into feasability of Planning Board consultant fees. Proposed ,~ocal law regardin9 insurance for comm,unit,~ activitiesi Action deferred. Sanitation contract: To be discussed in executive session. Rwsolution - Unpaid Taxes: Motion by Tr. Hemingway, seconded by Tr. Greco that the following resolution be adopted: WHEREAS~ the Village Treasurer has delivered to this Board of Trustees an account of the unpaid taxes in the Village as of February 1m 1988, together with a verified statement that the taxes mentioned in such amo~at remained unpaid~ and that he has been unable to collect the same~ and
