The Regula~ Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Nednesdays <br />April 13s 1988 in the A~erican Legion Halls Spring Streets W~ppingers Fallss <br /> <br />Those present: J. Village Att,racys Louis Viglotti. <br />Prior to the meeting the following Public Hea~ings were heldl <br /> <br />Budget ,?ubl,.i,C Hear in9: <br /> <br />The 1988 Tentative Budget is <br />The Tax Rate is SYS~.per <br />The above was discussed in length by Kathleen ~Z~stersons Village Treasurer. <br />The Final Budget is to be passed Na~ IF 1988, <br />There were no public co-~entso <br />Dis~ussion was held on BIS escrow accounts, There were no co~ents to the <br />a~er~meltioned, <br /> <br />Public He...arino - High Street ( Local Law No. 3) <br /> <br />Mr. Nih, DiGregorio, 38 High Streets Village addressed the Board. <br />He stated th~the was concerned ablaut the effect on equality of lots he <br />owns that do not have homes on them. He wants them to be zoned two f~tly0 <br />He has a lot behind the first line of houses. <br /> <br />~trs. Zita ~cDowells $0 High Street, questioned whether there is a right of <br />way. <br /> <br />Mr. Frmk Savellis Chairm~n of th~ Zoning Board stated that he thought <br />that only 20s is needed for a right of way for a sidle lot. <br /> <br />~t~o Donal Nalker of North ~esier Avenue and Mr; Louis DeSantts of High St., <br />discussed the above. <br /> <br />A ten ~inute recess to caucus before voting on High St.s Local Law #3. <br />Motion by Tro Komornik, second Tr. Hemingway to propose aa a~end~ent (zoning) <br />to re-zone a portion of High Street. <br />All in favor: ~otion carried. <br /> <br />P~blic Hear~n~ ,-.Bsc.ro~ Account <br /> <br />Motion by Tr.
