The Regula~ Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Nednesdays April 13s 1988 in the A~erican Legion Halls Spring Streets W~ppingers Fallss Those present: J. He stated th~the was concerned ablaut the effect on equality of lots he owns that do not have homes on them. He wants them to be zoned two f~tly0 He has a lot behind the first line of houses. ~trs. Zita ~cDowells $0 High Street, questioned whether there is a right of way. Mr. Frmk Savellis Chairm~n of th~ Zoning Board stated that he thought that only 20s is needed for a right of way for a sidle lot. ~t~o Donal Nalker of North ~esier Avenue and Mr; Louis DeSantts of High St., discussed the above. A ten ~inute recess to caucus before voting on High St.s Local Law #3. Motion by Tro Komornik, second Tr. Hemingway to propose aa a~end~ent (zoning) to re-zone a portion of High Street.
