Workshop Session of theVillage of Wappingers Falls Board of Trustees was Held on June 23, 1988 at 7:00P.M. Present= Mayor HemingwaY; Tr, Ward, Tr. Komornik, Tr. Kolb~ Tr. Breglia; Treasurer Masterson. Agenda Sanitary Sewer Easement~- Lands of Red1 on Route 9. Eng. Martin reported Eng. Paggi wrote a letter to the Vfllage ~oard concerning the above. He stated Mr. Redl would relay the sewer pipe provided the Village purchase same in conjunction with some drainage WOrk he fs doing on his property. Copy of letter follOws the minutes of this meeting. It was recommended Atty. Viglotti draw up contract concerning the above. Motion by Tr. Komornik~ seconded by Tr. Breglia tha~ authorization be given the pipe for the above mentioned project. Carried. Report on the Dam Eng. Martin re~orted DEC wants a schedule of repairs. He stated Kleimschmidt has .been awarded the contract and he would draft a letter in response to DEC and forward Village Clerk to type on Village stationary. Re~ort on ~al~.Park ~ng* Martl~ ~epOrted drainage system must be installed before any fill is dumped. Discussion followed on drawing plans for Bain Park. Atty. Viglotti be directed to draw up contract concerning above. Discussion followed on renovations of the bu~Iding, Mrs, O~Leary stated this price wOUld ~e inductve of Village taxes and would include heat and hot water, Discussion followed on maintenance of the building. ~rs. O'Leary stated that if the Village taxes were deleted they would reduce the rent to 400.00 per month for each side. She stated this was an historical building and no interior struction would be permitted. Mrs. O'Leary reported any repairs would be their resPOnsibility. She stated they would require a 5 year lease amd they would 'have to know if the Village was interested during the month of July, Planntn~ Board and Zoning Board Chairmen Vtsentin and Savellt addressed the meeting concerning hiring of a secretary for the ZoninG Office and Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Savelli reported Mrs. Fasciani has tendered her resignation for the positions but would come back for two weeks to train her* replacement and Zoning Officer Trainee Anthony Pacio would return also.
