Workshop Session of theVillage of Wappingers Falls Board of <br />Trustees was Held on June 23, 1988 at 7:00P.M. <br />Present= Mayor HemingwaY; Tr, Ward, Tr. Komornik, Tr. Kolb~ <br />Tr. Breglia; Treasurer Masterson. <br /> <br />Agenda <br />Sanitary Sewer Easement~- Lands of Red1 on Route 9. <br />Eng. Martin reported Eng. Paggi wrote a letter to the Vfllage <br />~oard concerning the above. <br />He stated Mr. Redl would relay the sewer pipe provided the Village <br />purchase same in conjunction with some drainage WOrk he fs doing <br />on his property. <br /> <br />Copy of letter follOws the minutes of this meeting. <br />It was recommended Atty. Viglotti draw up contract concerning the <br />above. <br />Motion by Tr. Komornik~ seconded by Tr. Breglia tha~ authorization <br />be given the pipe for the above mentioned project. Carried. <br /> <br />Report on the Dam <br />Eng. Martin re~orted DEC wants a schedule of repairs. <br />He stated Kleimschmidt has .been awarded the contract and he would <br />draft a letter in response to DEC and forward Village Clerk to <br />type on Village stationary. <br /> <br />Re~ort on ~al~.Park <br />~ng* Martl~ ~epOrted drainage system must be installed before any <br />fill is dumped. <br />Discussion followed on drawing plans for Bain Park. <br />Atty. I988 and~wou!d be.ready~f~r residency by <br />~ppte~bpr l~ 1988. <br /> ne sca=ed =ney were reques~ing ~75.00 per month rent for each side. <br />Discussion followed on renovations of the bu~Iding, <br />Mrs, O~Leary stated this price wOUld ~e inductve of Village taxes <br />and would include heat and hot water, <br />Discussion followed on maintenance of the building. <br />~rs. O'Leary stated that if the Village taxes were deleted they <br />would reduce the rent to 400.00 per month for each side. <br />She stated this was an historical building and no interior <br />struction would be permitted. <br />Mrs. O'Leary reported any repairs would be their resPOnsibility. <br />She stated they would require a 5 year lease amd they would 'have <br />to know if the Village was interested during the month of July, <br /> <br />Planntn~ Board and Zoning Board Chairmen Vtsentin and Savellt <br />addressed the meeting concerning hiring of a secretary for the <br />ZoninG Office and Zoning Board of Appeals. <br />Mr. Savelli reported Mrs. Fasciani has tendered her resignation <br />for the positions but would come back for two weeks to train her* <br />replacement and Zoning Officer Trainee Anthony Pacio would return <br />also. <br /> <br /> <br />
