Motion by Mr. <br />Alfonso too amend minutes of the Daaembar meeting as follows: <br />Pages 4, second paragrap]3, ling 4 should ba route not drought, <br />third ling From bottom, same paragraph should be let out not <br />metered, third garagraph, third ling should be 5,000 sq. ft. <br />and last page Mr. Fink's name is misspelled. Motion by Mr. <br />Alfonso to accept the minutes of the December meeting as <br />• amended, seconded by ]~'. Silvestro. Unanimously carried. <br />rL1PTRrnr. ~~ ~ WAPPINGSRS Fig <br />First on the agenda was the application of Imperial Plaza <br />Partnership with a revision to their site plan far a pro- <br />posal diner. Diner would be located an the northern most <br />portion of the plaza. Going back to the original site plan <br />which was granted far Grand Union and Home Depot there was a <br />future restaurant shown, E'arking was shown to the south side <br />of the building. What is proposed is a 4F,f,2 sq. ft. diner <br />which was built in 1'i~9. It is to be repaired to its <br />original form. All work will be conforming to the NYS <br />Building cads. Originally the future restaurant had a drive <br />through. What is prapased is a diner with the loading area <br />to the rear and a road going around it. There will be a <br />single aaaess far customers at the existing curb cut. The <br />only change is the two handicap spots will be moved closer to <br />the handicap entrance. <br />Water and sewer will ba extended to the building. Building <br />will be sprinkled. A 8" sanitary sewer will ba extended to <br />outside of building for services inside dinar. Mr. Sarchino <br />showed elevations. Front of the dinar is presently made of <br />aluminum with a baked enamel deep blue color to it. They era <br />presently proposing a flat roof with a canvass type awning <br />. around the antis dinar whic]3 will also screen the air con- <br />ditioning equipment that is on the roof and all other <br />facilities that era on the roof. <br />Mr. Visentin questioned w]3y they proposed canvass and Mr. <br />Sarchino stated because of-the cost factor. Mr. Visentin <br />stated ha would grefer something more durable than canvass. <br />
