Mayor Furnarl reported contacting Adler & Brenner and they will meet with <br />Village Bdo on Feb, 17~ lg6g to discuss feasibility study for Secondary <br />Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported contract for Secondary Treatment Plant was sent to <br />Adler & Brenner and two copies were to be returned~, but never received. <br /> <br />A~enda: <br /> <br />R~port on Employee Benefit Plan: <br />Atty. Lyons reported page 8 has been redrafted. He discussed compensation foe <br />employees who work on holidays, other than Police. <br />He reported Police would be compensated at regular pay for holidays and per- <br />manent Police would receive compatible time o6f. <br /> <br />Discussion follOwed on compensation and it was determined any permanent <br />employee, other than Police, would receive normal holiday pay plus*tlme and <br />one-half for hours worked. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons to work further on this section of plan. <br /> <br />ACCOUNT OF UNPAID TAXES <br /> <br /> Motion by Trustee DiDomizio who moved its adoption, seconded by <br />Trustee Fries, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Treasurer has delivered to this Board of Trustees, <br />an account of the unpaid Villages taxes as of Feb. 1, 1969, together with <br />a verified.statement that the taxes mentioned in such account remain unpaid <br />and that he has been unable to collect the same, and <br /> <br /> WHERK~S, the Board of Trustees has compared the ~ccount with the <br />original tax roll, and has found the same to be a true transcript, <br /> <br /> NOW, 1]~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a certificate shall be executed <br />by the members of this Board reciting that the account has been so com- <br />pared and found to be correct; that such certificate shall be attached <br />to said account, and shall state the total amount of taxes unpaid to be <br />in the sum of $19,070.12; that all of the foregoing facts, together with <br />this resolution shall be included in the official minutes of proceedings <br />of this Board, and that the account shall be delivered to the Treasurer <br />as provided by Real Property Tax Law, Section 1436, <br /> <br />ESTABLISH ELECTION DISTRICTS <br /> <br /> Resolution by Trustee Fries, who moved its adoption~ seconded by <br />Trustee D.
