Filed. <br /> <br />Villa~ Justice Pantaline*s report for month of Feb.~ 1969 was read shoe~, <br />ing a total of $98~.00 collected in fines, <br /> <br />Notion by Tr, Bain, seconded by Tr, Dihizio that Village Justice Pantaline*s <br />report be accepted as read. Carried, <br /> <br />Letter was read from Mr. Bernard McGovern, secretary for the Lion!s Clubs <br />requesting permission to use the Monier Park next sumer to co~duct series of <br />concerts in the Parks ; <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Cheetham that the above request be <br />grantedo C~rriede <br /> <br />Letter was read frou Brighton Steel Co. in reference to a.manhole and covers <br />for which they were told to bill Rusciano Comet. Corps <br />They report Rusciano Comet, Corp. refuses to pay bill, <br />To be taken up under Highway Comm, report. <br /> <br />Letter o~ appreciation was read from the family of Mr.-Edward Buck. <br /> <br />Lette~ was read from Mr. James Delehanty-offering his resignation as Policeman <br />with the Village of Wappingers. Fallso <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio~ seconded by Tre Bain that Mr. Delehanty*s resignation <br />be accepted with regreto Carried, · <br /> <br />Letter was read from Mr. Q. GroenWegen concerning increase in Volunteer Fire- <br />nen*e Blanket Accident Folicy from $5)000 to $15)O00for death benefits. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Fries, seconded by Tr. Cheetham that the above increase in <br />Volunteer Fir,men's Blanket Accident Policy be adopted and added expenditure <br />of $156000be included in this year*s budget. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Mrs.-R. McManus, 17 R.
