Regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, <br />July 9, 1969 at 7:30 P.M. in the Mesier Homestead. <br /> <br />Th6se present: Mayor Furnari~ Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Valentino, Tr? Bain, Tr. <br />Fries, Tr. Cheetham, Tr. Hoolihan and Atty. Lyons. <br /> <br />MinUtes of last regular meeting held June 11, 1969 had been duplicated and <br />p~eviously presented to Village Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. Hoolihan that the above minutes be <br />accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Petitions: None. <br /> <br />Communications: <br /> <br />Village Justice Pantalin~'s report for month of June, 1969 was read showing <br />a total of '$310.00 collected 'in fines. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Main, seconded by Tr. Fries that Village Justice Pantaline's <br />report be accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br />Copy of a report from Zoning Officer to Treasurer McDonald was read showing <br />a total of $636.00 collected in fees for month of June, 1969. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Fries, seconded by Tr. Hoolihan that above report be accepted <br />as read. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Dutchess Excavators, Inc., reporting sewer line at <br />Tudor Apts. has been completed. They request a letter from Village to R.E.B. <br />Construction Corp. that they have ins'tailed the sewer line on Channlngville <br />Rd. to Village's satisfaction. Copy of let%er forwarded Tr. Fries. <br /> <br />Tr. Fries reported he has conferred with Mr. Berinato and sewer line has <br />been completed to the satisfaction of the Village. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain~ seconded by Tr. Hoolihan that upon recommendatio~ of <br />Sewer and Sanitation Comm. and Mr. Berinato, a letter be forwarded to R.E.B. <br />Construction Corp. advising them sewer line on Channingville Rd. has been <br />completed to Village's satisfaction. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Mr. Harold Myers, Water'~hairman, in reference to a <br />letter from Village Bd. regarding two questions concerning Tudor Apts: <br /> 1) In regards to water shut off, this is normal construction. The <br /> valves always off the main on the spur line is normal construc- <br /> tion. Now either of the two buildings up there at present can be <br /> shut off without disturbing Mr. Foilucci or Mr. Lattanzio. The <br /> main valve is a protection for the full line. At no time when <br /> trouble is in either building will Mr. Poilucci or Mr. Lattanzio' <br /> be without water. <br /> 2) In regard to the hydrants that are low at the present time, parts <br /> for these hydrants to be raised are~on order. As soon as partg <br /> arrive, hydrants will be raised to normal height. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. DiDomizio that the above report be filed. <br />Carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
