Sleet representing the Title Guarantee Co. present. <br />Mr. Vincent Borgese Ass0c~ate ~ttorneyGeneral present from the Department <br />of Law. <br /> <br />Mr, Borgese presented two checks totalling the sum' of $100,000. to Mayor <br />Furnaxi as an advance of purchase of the lake under the Park and Recreation <br />Land Acquisition Act. <br /> <br />The checks were broken ~own as follows: <br />$76,492.gl--Payable to Oerring-Millikin~ Inc. Satisfaction of a mortgage <br />held by Derring-Millikin, Inc., first lien on the premises. <br /> <br />$23s507.09--Payable to B.N. & A. Realty Corp. Balance of proceeds for <br />purchase, <br /> <br />Mayor Furnari expressed his thanks to the Dept. ~f Law for their cooperation <br />and assistance. <br /> <br />Mr. Norman Kaynor signed deed and placed seal thereon in the presence of <br />his attorneys Mr. Russell Aldrich.' <br /> <br />Mayor Furnari signe~ deed in the presence of the undersigned~ Leo Lowney,' <br />who placed seal thereon. <br /> <br />All,ap, rs having included deed and satisfaction of the mortgage were <br />delivered to Samuel O. il,e, representative of the Title Co.~ for recording. <br /> <br />Village Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
