.~cial meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on May 22,- 1967' at S:30 P.M. in the Mesier Homestead, Those present: Mayor Furnari, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr.'A. Napoleon, Tro Bain, Tr. Lawrence, Tr. D.O. Napoleon., Tr. Sabia and Village Attorney Lybn~. Motion by Tr. Sabia, seconded by Tr. Bain that the regular notice of a Special Meeting be waived. Carried. All voting in fawr. Mayor Furnari reported purpose of the meeting to consider an amenchnent to the Zoning Ordinance. Resolution by TruStee Sabia, who moved its adoption, seconded by Tr. Lawrence° R~SOLVBD~ that a public hearing will be held by the Board o£ Trustees of the Village of Wappingers Falls, New York, at the ~. T.' Garner ~glne House in such Village, on the gth day of June, 1967, at 7:30 otclock P.M. to consider the adoption and enactment of the Ordinance stated in the form of Notice immediately hereinafter set forth, and be it further, RRSOLVED, that the Village Clerk s~all give notiie of such ~ublic hearing at least fifteen days prior to the date thereof, by publlca{ion of a Notice in the official Village newspaper, said form off Noti~ to be sub- statially as follows: NOTICE OF PUBLIC H~ARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE NOTIC~ IS H~R~BY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York, at the Wmo T. Garner ~ngine House in such Village on the 9th day of June, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. upon the question of the enactment of the follow- ing ordinance in the matter of the government of said Village, to wit: O~DINANCE R~ENACTING, A~NDING, SUPPLemeNTING AND MODIFYING CERTAIN PROVISIONSOF THE CO~PRSHBNSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THB VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS FALLS, N~t~ YORK RESOLVED AND BE ~ ORDAINED, by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York, that the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Wappingers Falls, as heretofore duly adopted and enacted, together with the District Regulations Schedules specifically made a part of said Ordinance, be and the same hereby is re-enacted, amended, supplemented and modified as follows: SECTION Lo Section 37-5 (Zoning districts) of said Ordinance, is hereby re-enacted in its entirety, with no change in either the wording or the intent of such section.
