The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday~ <br />June 14.~ ig67 at 7:30 P.M. in the Mesief Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present: Tr. DiDomizio~ Tre A. Napole. on. Tr. Bain~ Tre Lawrence~ T~. <br />Dog. Napoleons Tr. Sabia and Village Attorney James Lyons. <br />Absent: Mayor Furnari. <br /> <br />Tr. Bain served as acting Mayor. <br /> <br />Minutes of the last regular Village ioard meetings May 10.~ 16; i96~, ~blic <br />Hearing~ June 1s 1967~ and special meetings June 1F 1967~ were ~u~licated and <br />previously presented to the Village Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by T~, Sabfas seconded by Tr. A. Napoleon {hat minutes of the above <br />meetings be accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Petitions: None. <br /> <br />Comunications: <br /> <br />Police Justice Pant~line~ report for the month of Mays 1967 was read showing <br />a total of $217.00 collected in fines. <br />Motion by Tr. A. Napoleon~ seconded by Tro Sabi~ that Police Justice Pantaline~s <br />report be accepted as reade Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Village Treasurer McDonald requesting authorization to <br />invest i~le Village fundse <br />To be taken up later in meeting. <br /> <br />Letter <br />change <br />Due to <br />time. <br /> <br />was read from Village Planning Bd. rega~ing r~c0~mendation for a zoning <br />on i. Main St. <br />work on the ~aster Plan in that a~ea~ action on matter delayed at this <br /> <br />Letter was read from Village Planning Bd. reporting Dutchess Rssociatee ~as <br />informed them they are not going to com~ly with original site plan approval <br />as specified in respects to T~perial Parking lot at this present time. <br /> <br />Tr~ OiOomizio reported enforcement is up to Village and inquired if any <br />permits were pending. <br />Mr, Haubennestel replied no. <br /> <br />Tr. Sabia reported cats still parking in fir zones. <br />Att. Lyons reported amendment in VaT law can regulate traffic in parking lots~ <br />upon the request of owners and Village could declare situation a menace to <br />public health, <br />He reco~ended deferring action'till a~ter the meeting with Dutch, ss Assoc. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. OiOomizio, seconded by Tr. Sabia that the Zoning Bnforcement Off. <br />be instructed to issue no more pr,mits to Dutch, ss Assoc. till after their <br />scheduled meeting with the Village Board.
