Special meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, <br />June 21, 1967 at 8:00 P.Mo in the Mesier Homestead.. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari,-Tm. DiDomizio, T~. A. Napoleon, Tr. Bain, Tr. <br />Lawrence, Tr. D.Oo Napoleon, Tr. Sabia and Villa~2e Attorney Lyor~s <br /> <br />Motion by Tr, D.O. Napoleon, seconded by~r.. $~bia that Notice of Special <br />meeing be waived. All voting in fauor. <br /> <br />The following bids were opened by the Village Clerk on J~ne 20, 1967 at 11:00 <br />A,M. in the presence of Tr. Bain and Tr. D.O. NapOleon for the erection of an <br />Arts & Crafts building at J~es J. Temple Memorial Field: <br /> <br />J.J. Scianna <br />Thomas Marcojohn <br />J.V. Fredericks <br />Staveco~ Const. Co. <br />Roy C. Knapp & 'Sons, Inc. <br /> <br />$ 3,386.00 <br /> 3,477.00. <br /> 3,514.00 <br /> 4,327.25 <br /> $~5'69.00 <br /> <br />Resolution by Tr. DiDomizio who moved its ad&ption, seconded by Tr. Sabi ~ <br /> RESOLVED that all bids received for construction of the Arts a_nd Crafts <br />Building at Temple Field be tabled because of irregularities in the bidding <br />procedures, and .- <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village .Clerk advise all bidders of the <br />action taken by this Board and suggest that they personally deliver new <br />sealed proposals directly to the Clerk on or before the 29th day of June, 1967, <br />and <br /> BE IT FURTHBR RESOLVED THAT SAID CLERK inform all bidders that the bids <br />were opened and publicly read prior to discovery of the irregularity. <br /> Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr.
