The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, <br />Jane 10, 1968 at 7:30 P.M. in the Mesier Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. A. Napoleon,'Tr. Bain, Tr. <br />Lawrence, Tr. D.O. Napoleon, Tr. Cheetham and Atty. Lyons. <br /> <br />Motion by. Tr. D.O. Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Bain that meeting go into ~xecut- <br />lye Session. Carried.' <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. D.O. Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Cheetham that meeting return to <br />regular session. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of last regular Village Board meeting had been duplicated and previous- <br />ly presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. D.O. Napoleon that minutes of last <br />regular Village Board meeting be accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Petitions: None. <br /> <br />Communications: <br /> <br />Police Justice Pantalinets report for month of December~ 1967 was read showing <br />a total of $304.00 collected in fines. <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizlo, seconded by Tr. D.O. Napoleon that Police Justice · <br />Pantalinets report be accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter of agpreciation was read from Mr. Ben F. Ingrabam, Principal of Roy C. <br />KetchamHigh School, concerning a resolution adopted by the Village Board <br />congratulating the Roy C. Ketcham Footbal squad for their victorious season. <br />Filed. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Mr. Hugh J. ~agan, reporting his water shut off had been <br />broken on 3-10-67 and despite previous notification, nothing has been done. <br />Copy of letter to be forwarded Village's insurance agent, the Beasley Agency. <br /> <br />Leeter was read from Wenliss Park Realty Co., Inc. complaining about sidewalks <br />in their area needing repair. <br />Copy of letter to be forwarded Highway Comm, <br /> <br />Letter to the Village Clerk was read in reply to his letter, from the Department <br />of Transportation, regarding a drainage problem on South Ave., reporting that <br />at least another two weeks before-the drainage study concerning this area <br />would be completed. Letter filedo <br /> <br />Letter was read from the Town of Wapplnger Clerk, with attached proposed <br />amendments to their Zoning Ordinance and Map~ which will effect portions of <br />the 'Town of Wappinger that are adjacent to the Village of Wappingers Falls-and <br />the Town of Wappinger Lines. <br /> <br /> <br />
