Special meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held oh <br />June 2, 1966 at 7:00 P.M, in the Wm. T. Garner Engine Co. <br /> <br />ThOSe present: Mayor Furnari~ Tr. vanvoorb!s' Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. <br />Bain, Tr, Lawrence, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. Sabia, and Att. MacDonald. <br /> <br />Mayor' FurnarI reported meeting Called~ to clarifY lack of <br />communication between Tudor Village and the Village Board. <br /> <br />OffiCialS.pre~ent from Tudor.Village included: M' Dempsey, <br />president; Mr. Elliot Weiner, Counsel, and Mr' Russ and Mr. Uhl, <br />engineers o <br /> <br />Mr' jo~ Haubennestel, Zoning Off. & Mr. Vincent Kelley, Engineer, <br />represented Village. <br /> <br />Tr. :DiDomlZio tAnq~red- about' ~O~dition 'of Bldgs, $ & 5 at Tudor <br />Village and Mrl UhI replied they are under a cease & D~sist Order <br />and construction.is ,~nder way to ~orr.ect. discrepencies. <br /> <br />Engineer Kelley StAted Village wants plans showing'repairs <br />rectified to Bldgl. $ & 5 and Mr. Russ replied this would be done. <br /> <br />Tr, DiDomizio inquired about information on 50 ft, right of way <br />and Mr. weiner rePlied right of way never obstructed but was used for <br />access during construction. <br /> <br />Tr. DiDomizio inquired about 'en2roachment and Mr. Weiner replied <br />residents have access to houses. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on property improvement to 50' right of way. <br />Mr.-HaUbermeSteI reported buildings ar~ set back 60 ft. rather <br />than 50 ft. approved by Planning Board. <br /> <br />Tr; Napoleon stated buildings are 10' .away fr~m right of.way. <br /> <br />Mr; WeiSner stated,'IegaIiY, ~O' right Of waY'doesn't have to be <br />given and grade doesn't .haVe to be maintained_· <br />Tr; Napoleon~inquired abSut TudSr Village being willing to <br />resubmit plans for bldgs. ~ & 5. <br /> <br />Mr, RUS§ stated these would be no problem, if retaining w~ll were <br />erected. <br /> <br /> T~ NapoI~on S~gested Mr, Welsher confer ~ith ~tt. MacDonald to <br /> res~olve any legal Problems which m~y exist. <br /> <br />Mr, WelSher stated he wrote ~esidents' adjoining Tudor Village, <br />inviting them to a meeting, ~ut~ they never replied. <br /> <br /> Mayor Furnari inquired about road at Tudor Village and Mr. Weisner <br /> stated they will maintain'road and install facilities according <br /> to Village specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />
