The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees'was held on June 8, lg66 at <br />7:30 P.M. in the Mesier Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari, Tr. VanVoorhis, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Baln~ Tr.Lawrence, <br />Tr. Napoleon, Tr. Sabia, Att. MacDonald and Att. Lyon~. <br /> <br />Motion bY Tr~ Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Bain that meeting go into ~ecutive sess- <br />ion. Carried. <br /> <br />~xecutive Session. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. VanVoorhis, seconded by Tr. Bain that meetin9 return to regular <br />session. Carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Conner~ 2~ Liss Rd., addressed the Board reporting on close adjacent bound- <br />aries of t~hmt s~reet. He stated a neighbor is condaeting a home business and <br />noise is annoying and traffic dangerous. <br /> <br />Mr. ~aubennestel reported meeting with Mr. Conner previously and discussed check- <br />lng area finding no undo operations. He sta~ed no formal complaint had been re- <br />ceived. <br />Mr. Conner inquired if person was within his rights ~o conduc~ a home business, <br />which consisted of floor.polishing. <br />Mayor Furnari recommended Mr. Conner formulate a description of complaint, in <br />writing~ and submit same to Police Dept. and Ordinance Comm. <br />Mr. Conner stated there ~s continuous traffic~ both trucks and cars, on street. <br /> <br />Tr. Napoleon suggested Capt. Costa~ Mr. Haubennestel and Fire Chief Cinelli in- <br />vestigate proceedimgs on Mr. Conner's oral complaint and this to be done. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Bain that minutes of last regular Village <br />Board meeting be accepted as writ~en~ since each Trustee had previously received <br />a copy of same. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of special meetings held on May 23, May 26, June 2, 1966~Were read by <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />Clerk directed ~o correct mistakes Sn minutes pertaining to date for vote on <br />Village Manager Plan. <br />Motion by Tr. Napoleon, seconded by Tr. Sabia that minutes of the above special <br />meetings be accepted as corrected. Carried. <br /> <br />Communications: <br /> <br />Letter was read from Ernest R. Tiebou~, Trustee of-Presbyterian Chhrch, complain- <br />ing about condition of ~ree near Minister's house at 24 South Ave. and inquiring <br />if ~his wam a problem of the Village or the-State. <br />Mr. Berinato sta~ed this was a State problem and due to their tight schedule:~ ~o <br />action would be taker till this fall. <br />Clerk directed to inform the State of each complainants address along a State road <br />and Mr. Tiebout to be informed of situation.
