275 <br /> <br />At a speci-1 meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of <br />Wappingers Falls, New York, held at the Village offices in the <br />Mesier Homestead in said Village on the 21st day of February, 1967, <br />at 4:35 o'clock P. M. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Peter C. lh~rnari; Trustees: DiDomt zio, ~ain, <br />Lawrence, Napoleon, Sabia. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustee VanVoorhis. <br /> <br />Also present: John W. Haubennestel, Building Inspector and Zoning <br />Enforcement Officer; James J. Lyons, Vi.l~age A_ttor~ey; and <br />principals and representatives of Firsm Acme uorp. <br />Motion by Trustee Sabia, seconded by Trustee Lawrence that the <br />regular notice of meeting be waived.
