259 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of T~ustees was held on <br />July 8th., 1965, at 7:30 P.M., in the Mesier Homestead. <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari, Tr. VanVoorhis, iTr. DiDomizio, Tr. <br />Temple, Tr. Napoleon and Attorney Pearse. TruStees Cheetham and <br />Fitzpatrick were absent. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizto and seconded by Tr. Napoleon to dispense with <br />the regular order of business to hear guests. ~Carried <br /> <br />Residents of the second ward presented Clerk with a petition to be <br />read u~ging Board not to install a dump on the Gutman property, to <br />prevent unsanitary conditions. Discussion followed on these conditions <br />and Mayor Furnari assured residents that their interests would be <br />upheld and thanked residents for their report~ <br /> <br />Sewer Extension Plan for Liss Rd. was questioned by guest. Attorney <br />Pearse reported that two easements haven't been settled but are in <br />the hands of the property owners. Bond issue ~as been completed and <br />sewer should be functional by late Fall. <br /> <br />John Haubennestal, Chairman of the Park CommiSsion, reported that Mr. <br />Brown hasn't completed work on the roof of th~ Mesier Homestead as yet. <br />He also reported he received an estimate from!the Hollywood Co. for <br />the installation of storm and screen windows and doors for the Mesier <br />Homestead. Mayor Furnari thanked Mr. HaubenneStal for his report. <br /> <br />Mr. Wolensky, South Ave., addressed the Board on his sewer problem. <br />Mr. Wolensky, who lives outside the Village line~ submitted bills for <br />services to unclog sewer line, which he says is part of the Village <br />main. Mr. Berinato reported Village main is open. Mayor Furnari thanked <br />Mr. Welensky for his report and told him the Board ~ would decide. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. VanVoorhis and seconded by Tr. DiDomiziO that the Meeting <br />return to the regular order of business. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of the last Regular Village Board Meeting were read by Clerk. <br /> <br />Statement by Mr. Charles Miller was ordered by the Board, deleted from <br />the minutes. <br /> <br />Statement on Businesses contacted about~sewer~was revised to-read: <br />Fred Ackerman, Village Engineer contacted theiA&Pin reference to an <br />easement but they never replied. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Temple and seconded by Tr. Napoleon that minutes be <br />a¢~epted as corrected. Carried. <br /> <br />~nutes of Special Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees on Sanitat- <br />ion were read by Clerk. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio and seconded by Tr. Napoleon that minutes be <br />accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
