Public Hearing on zoning changes was held on Sept. 17, 196~ at 7:30 <br />P.M., in the S.W Johnson Engine Co. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari, Tr. Bain~ Tr. DiDomizio, Tr, Napoleon~ <br />Tr. VanVoorhis, Tr. Temple. <br /> <br />Mr. Groenwegen reported 2 Public Hearings were held by Planning Bd. <br />and this, the third one by the Village Board. <br /> <br />Purpose of the hearing to discuss changes or recommendations after the <br />two Public Hearings. He reported there have been minor changes, but <br />none in the schedule. <br /> <br />Mr. Groenwegen introduced members of the Board of Appeals and Building <br />Inspector. <br /> <br />Ne asked if there were any questions on zoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Raymond Dolan asked if a request for a variance from the Bd. of <br />Appeals would go before the Village Bd. Mr. Groenwegen reported Bd. <br />of Appeals will recommend rejection. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on variances. <br />Mr. Aleo asked effective date of zoning and was told August 12, 1965. <br /> <br />Zoning map will hang in Village hall. <br /> <br />No objections were brought against changes in the DiDomizio, al&o, and <br />Piglicampi properties. <br /> <br />Mayor thanked Mr. Groenwegen and the Planning Board for their work on <br />this project. <br /> <br />Leo'Lowney ' <br />Village Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
