107 <br /> <br />Pearse reported a water bond would be posted. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on the possibility of State Aid for the Testing <br />a fifth well. <br /> <br />An adjourned meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Nov. <br />18~ 196~ at 7:30 P.~. in the Mesier Momestead. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari~ Tr. VanVoorhis~ Tr. DiDomizio~ Tr. Bain~ <br />TrJ Temple~ Tr. Napoleon and Attorney Pearse. Tr. Cheetham absent. <br /> <br />Mayor Furnari reported this was a continued meeting of Nov. llth.~ to <br />review the development of a fourth well adjoining the present wells. <br /> <br />The cost of a completed fourth well and its pumping capacity was discuss- <br />reviewed,ed. Also the possibility of another well on the Ionnone property was <br /> <br />T~. Napoleon inquired about short term financing for the well and Att. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Temple and seconded by Tr. Napoleon that the Water Board <br />be instructed to proceed with the preparations of specifications: by the <br />Village Attorney~ for the purpose of constructing a fourth well. Carrie~. <br /> <br />Mr. John Evans addressed the Board reporting the need of a Planning Sec- <br />retary and recommended Mrs. Josephine Serino for the job. i~e <br />Motion by Tr. VanVoorhis and seconded by Tr. Napoleon that ~s. Joseph <br />Serino be hired as Planning Board secretary for $25.00 per month. Carried <br /> <br />Mr. Evans discussed the need of a c~usultant for the Planning Bd. for <br />the purpose of reviewing plans and reported Mr. Burdis' fee for this <br />service would be $500. He reported this need has been passed by the <br />Planning Bd. and asked Village Board's opinion of same. Board proposed <br />he check other consul~tants and their fees. <br />Planning Board to attend Hudson Valley Home Builders Ass. dinner meet- <br />ing~ Nov. 2~th., at 6:30 P.M.~ at the Hellenic Center~ Poughkeepsie~ ~ <br />N.Y. <br /> <br />Mr. Evans discussed annexed pr~per~y~and repo~e~situAtion the same. <br />Mr. Evans reported Planning Bd. has not recommended road be brought <br />to Marshall's property wi~h a turn-around. He also reported Mr. <br />Haubenuestel has served a cease and desist order on the Brad Const. <br />Corp.~ because original building plans have been changed. He reported <br />no utilities for this project will be served from Rt. 9. <br /> <br />Upon the request of Att. ?earse~ Mr. Burdis has sent a revised map of <br />the annexe~ a~e~Di§cussig~ollowed on the alignment of the road <br />through this area..%~Pearse reported change in the road wouldn't <br />guarantee Villag~'~i~e. Property was ann~xed~ upon a guarantee that <br />a proposed through road be installe~. Mr l Phillips discussed location <br />of road and asked that until Planning Bd. approves turn around~ no <br />plans on Marshall's property, be approved. Mm.
