11i <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Dec. <br />9, 196~ at 7:90 P.M., in the Mesier HomeStead. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari~ Tr. DiDomizio~ Tr. Cheetham~ Tr. Napoleon~ <br />Tr. Templet Tr. Bain and Attorney Pearse. Tr. VanVoorhis was absent. <br />Mr. Ya~k Feeney represented the Water Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Earl Flagg, representing General Code Publishers, addressed the <br />Board. He presented the new Village Code book to the Mayor and the Bd. <br />of Trustees and discussed same. He reported zoning schedule and map <br />will be printed and sent to Village and that new ordinances will have <br />serial numbers and be inserted accordingly. Mr. Flagg presented booklets <br />containing the zoning ordinance to the Village and thanked the Board <br />for their cooperation. Tr. Cheetham reported on the codification and <br />commended Mr. Flagg for his efforts on this project. Mayor Furnari <br />complimented Tr. Cheetham~ and the entire Board~ for their work on the <br />codification. Tr. Cheetham reported Village has. two years to add or de- <br />tract ordinances. <br /> <br />Assistant Fire Chief Cinelli addressed the Board on the dump fire last <br />week and asked that a special meeting be held on this situation. He <br />discussed the fire at the Norge Laundry and asked that authorities <br />clamp down on violators of the fire regulations. Chief Synnett dis- <br />cussed the problem of litter in the same building. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Napoleon and seconded by Tr. DiDomizio that the meeting <br />return to the 'regular order of business. Carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of last regular Village Board Meeting were read by Clerk. <br /> <br />Mr. John Berinato reported equipment mentioned was Maintainer and not <br />Front End Loader. <br />Tr. Napoleon stated Planning Board secretary should be paid $20.00 per <br />month instead of <br />Tr. Cheetham reported water tank mentioned was in Ward 3 and not Ward2. <br /> <br />Motioh by Tr. Cheetham and seconded by Tr. Napoleon that minutes be <br />accepted as corrected. Carried. <br /> <br />Petitions: None <br /> <br />Communications: <br /> <br />Letter was read from N.Y.S. conference of Mayors concerning Town High- <br />way taxes. Turned over to Highway comm. <br /> <br />Bulletin was read from the N.Y.S. Conference of Mayors concerning out- <br />door recreation funds. To be turned over to Recreation Chairman~ Raymond <br />Paggi. <br /> <br />Copy Of letter to the N.Y.S. Underwriters Ass. from Fire Chief synnett <br />was read concerning condemnation proceedings on a house at 26 Migh St. <br />Ordered filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
