121 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Jan. <br />13th.~ 1965~ at 7:30 P.M. in the Mesier Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari~ Tr. VanVoorhis~ Tr. DiDomizi~ Tr. Nap- <br />oleon, Tr. Cheetham~ Tr. Bain~ Tr. Temple~ and Att. Pearse. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Napoleon and seconded by Tr. Bain to dispense with the <br />regular of business to hear guests. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Mr. Harry H. Hill~seeking permission to operate <br />a Communit~ Antenna System, for television, on behalf of his client, <br />Albert J. Elcci. <br /> <br />t~ Hancock, representing Mr. Ricci. addressed the Board. He discussed <br /> Antenna Television Systems and their location~. He proposed the <br /> erection of a receiving towerfor 10 channels (one local), and 6 to 8 <br /> FM channels. Mr, Hancock rePorted signals would be picked up and dis- <br /> tributed over cable, and wanted Village's permission to run cable over <br /> the streets. He discussed costs which would run $5.00 per month for <br /> service and $19,95 for connection fee. Mr. Hancock reported this system <br /> would improve reception and eliminate interference. Att. Pearse report- <br /> ed foreseeing no complications in this project and Tr. Napoleon suggest- <br /> ed it be kept on a non-competitive basis. Board to con~ider this later on <br /> in the meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Furnari discussed the possibilities of sewerage planning which <br />could be carried out at no cost to the Village. <br /> <br />Mr. Laberge addressed the Board, reporting 'sewer survey would be paid <br />by the State. He discussed services performed which included m~ps and <br />elevations. Mayor Furnari read report which outlined services perform- <br />ed by Laberge and Assoo~iates. Tr. NapOleon inquired about the advert- <br />isement of bids before any committments were m~deby the Village and <br />Mr. Laberge replied that this was a public service. A~t. Pearse Sugg- <br />ested this sewerage planning be referred to the Village Engineer. <br /> <br />Assistant Fire Chief ci~elli reported the Fire Convention would be <br />held this summer and disCuSsed advertisement book for same. He asked Vill- <br />age Board if theywould~Contribute $30, O0 for a full page advertisement. <br />This to be discussed later. ~ .... .. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr, Cheetha~ and seconded by Tr. Napoleon to return to the <br />regular order of business. Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Cheetham ta dispense with the'reading of the minutes, <br />since each trustee has a copy of same, was seconded by Tr. Temple and <br />carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr.
