Bid openings for the fourth we~l was held on March 15, 1965, at 8:00 P.M. <br />in the Water Dept. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. Bain, Tr. Cheetham, Tr. <br />DiDomizio, Tr. Temple and Att. Pearse. Mr. Fries, Mr. DiMarco and Mr. <br />Feeney represented the Water Board. <br /> <br />Bids were received from the following Companies: <br /> <br />1. Anthony Costanzi Corp. <br />2. Shaker, Travis & Quinn <br />3. J.V. Fredericks Const. Corp. <br />~. Hall & Co., Inc. <br />5. Layne & New York Co., Inc. <br />6. C.W. Lauman & Co. <br /> <br />Att. Pearse read the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the said bids as tendered sealed, be so held intact by <br />the Village Clerk pending advice to the bidders by the Engineer and the <br />Attorney~ that the same will be reviewed upon the completion of approval <br />of the project by the Water Control Commission and the financing res- <br />olution by the Bonding Attorneys. The Village Board then , on such notice, <br />will hold a meeting to accept the appropriate bid or to exercise its <br />privilege of rejecting all bids. <br /> <br />He stated Village will have to wait permission from the Water Control <br />Board and approval from the Bonding Attorneys. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Temple and seconded by Tr. Bain that the above resolution <br />be adopted. Carried. <br /> <br />.Bidders will be advised of the bid openings and Mr. Hayward suggested a <br />letter be sent to bidders as to what transpired tonight. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr.
