67 <br /> <br />S~ecial meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on June <br />28, 1965 at ?:30 P.M. in the Mesier Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present: MaYor Furnari, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Temple, Tr. Bain, <br />Tr. Napoleon, Att. Pearse and Att. Lyons. Tr. Cheetham and Tr. <br />VanVoorhis absent. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Temple and seconded by Tr. Bain that meeting go into <br />Executive session. Carried. <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Napoleon and seconded by Tr. Bain that meeting return <br />to regular session. Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain and seconded by Tr. TempleauthorizingMr. Lyons <br />and Mr. Pearse to determine upon any lawful arrangements whereby <br />the extension for the sewer and border lines to the terminal point <br />of the new north south road could be settled. Carried. One voting <br />against. <br /> <br />Mayor Furnari discussed repairs to Police Car which would run be- <br />Ween $30Oand $~O0 as Per capt. Costa. He appointed Tr, Napoleon <br />to study and ~ake arrangements for repairs to Police Car. <br /> <br />Mayor Furnarireported Mr. Tom Trainer, representative from state <br />Dept., Willbe present at next regular meeting to discuss State <br />Building ~ode. <br /> <br />One bid was received for the Oiling& Chipping of streets from Spoor <br />Lasher CO.~ Inc. at a price of twenty one and 'one-half centsPer <br />square yardand w~ere'priming is specified, an additional nineteen <br />cents per square yard. <br /> <br />MOtion' bYTr, NapoleOn and secondedbY Tr.
