<br />Special meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Jan. 27,
<br />1966 at 7:30 P.M. in the Mesier Homestead.

<br />Those present: Mayor Furnari, Tr. VanVoorhis, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Temple,
<br />Tr. Bain, Tr. Napoleon, Tr. Cheetham and Att. MacDonald.

<br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. VanVoorhis that Notice oN special
<br />meeting be waived. Carried~
<br />
<br />Motion by Tr. Cheetham and-seconded by Tr. Napoleon that the following
<br />resolution be adopted:
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1550 ef the Real Property Tax Law. the
<br />Village Treasurer has presented te the this Board, a list of nDpaid taxes,
<br />concerning property in the Village.
<br />
<br /> W~EREAS, it is the determination ef this Board that said preperty
<br />should be advertised and sold at Public Auction,
<br />
<br />New Therefore,

<br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized and
<br />directed to hold a public aale ef the following properties, upon which
