The regular meeting of the BOar~ of Trustees was held at ~he Mesier Homestead on Tuesday Feb. 2,1960 at 7:30 P.M. Those present at roll call were, Mayor McClOskey, Trustee's, Gallucci, Silvestri, Berinato, Canale, Sanfilippo, and Reilly, also present Treas. McDonald and Prof. Pearse for Atty. Schofield. Meeting was called to order and the minutes of the last regular meeting was read. Upon Motion by Trustee Galluc ci, seconded by Trustee Silvestri, the minutes were accepted as read. Carried. Comm. #$890 A letter from Garner Eng. Co. on new member Andrew Slitzker Jr. A motion by Trustee Gallucci, seconded by Trustee Sanfilippo, that this member be accepted .was passed. The letter was ordered filed. #~891 Letter from Garner Eng. ~o. requesting permission to attend Firemens Parade in New Hackensack on July 1st. also their apparatus, on motion by Trustee Silvestri seconded by Trustee Gallucct, permission was granted, carried. #$892 Copy of letter to Mayor, from Fraser Assoc, on Improvement of Water System Cont. #6, was ordered filed. # $893 Copy of letter to Mayor from Fraser Assoc. on Water Pumping Station Cont. #2&3 was ordered filed. #~895 A letter from Walter Altonen on Play street, was ordered filed. Lions Club. on Industrial #W895 Letter~from the Wappinger Falls movement in Village was ordered filed. #~896 Comm. from Central Hudson Gas &Elec. ~o. on light for High street , On motion of Trustee Canale, seconded by Trustee Sanfilippo, the Chairman of the Electric Light, was to sign the enclosed contract and the light was to be put up. carried. #$897 Copy of letter to Mayor from Fraser Assoc. on Well cont. #1 was ordered filed. #~898 Letter from State Board of Equalization, was ordered filed. # Letter from ~tvision of Standards And Purchase was ordered filed. #$8~9 Report from Central Hudson on Jan .1960 Electric lighting in illage was ordered filed. #~900 Letter from Mr. Chas. BE IT R~SOLVi~D by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Wappingers Falls as follows: Section 1. The Village of Wappingers Falls shall issue its Bond Anticipation Renewal Note in the aggregate princi- pal amount of $35,000 pursuant to the Local Finance Law of New York in order to finance the object or purpose herein-
