~he'eegular meeting of the Village Board was held on Tuesday
<br />Dec. 6,1960 at ?:'3~P.M. at the Mesier Nomestead.

<br />Those present- Mayor McCloskey, Trustee's, Rei~ly, Gallucci,
<br />Silvestri,.~emple, Canale, Atty. Schofield, Treas Me~onald, Assessor Grecco.
<br /> Late Teustee Sanfilippo.

<br /> The ~eeting was called to order by Mayor HeCloskey, and the minutes
<br />of the last regular and special meetings wereread, on motion by Trustee
<br />Gallucci, seconded by Trustee Temple, the minutes of the meetings wer®
<br /> accepted as read. carried.
<br />
<br /> Motion to dispence with regular order of business, by Trustee
<br />$11vestri, seconded by Trustee Temple, was carried.
<br />
<br /> Fire Chief Hinzmann, told thecboard that he had a representive
<br />rner ng. ~e. The report on this was that it did need some
<br />minor repairs. The Chief was going to take care of them* He wanted to talk
<br /> on the fire phone project, but the Mayor said that his would to taken
<br />up at a later meeting.
<br />
<br /> Mr. G~liano, on the sewer line going through his property,
<br />Mayor said the board would hold,~a meeting during the week on this
<br />and then get together with Mr. ~uliane.
<br />
<br /> Notion by Trustee Silvestr, seconded by Trustee Gallucci to
<br />return to Reg. Order of business was carried.
<br />

<br /> On lettOr from Dept of Public works to Atty. on curbing
<br />on West Main St. Board felt that the curb should be replaced in
<br /> concrete, net blacktop, Clerk to write to Dept on this.
<br />
<br /> Letter from Dept. of Public Works to Arty, on ~'ire House
<br /> waring lights was ordered filed.
<br />
<br /> Letter from Mr. Kegan , Wapp; Central School to Mayor
<br />~cCloskey, On hazard for children cress~ng Remsen Ave, going to
<br />tl~heSb~er~an ChurCh to school, Board felt that a person other
<br /> an ~ne ~illage policeman, should take care of the' Job. T~ustee
<br />Canale, to see some one that might do this Job. Clerk tow rite to
<br />school board to see if they could get a Safty Patrol for this Job.

<br />Letter from S. W. Johnson Eng. Co., NewMamber, Robert J'
<br />Alfonso, of West Main St., Motion bY Trustee Silvestr, seconded by
<br />Trustee Gallucci, to accept was carried.,They also requested
<br />permission to take apparatus to ~uteheSs ~o. ~ironens Parade i~
<br /> Beacon ,~$uly I~61, Metion by TrUstee Oallu~ci, seconded by Trustee
<br />$anfilippe, to grant permission, was carried' Requewt to install
<br />hot water and shower in building was tured over to fire Comm. for
<br />further study.

<br /> te break curb for driveway, turned over to Highway .mm.

<br /> Reilly, seconded by Trustee TemPle, this motion was carried.
