The regular meeting of the Village BoardWas held on Tuesday

<br />Those present- Mayor McCloskey,' Trustee's, R~illy, Gallucci, Silvestri,
<br />Temple, Sanfilippo,~Canale, Arty Schofield, ~reas. McDonald.

<br />~he meeting was 'Called to order by Mayor McCloskey and .the minutes of the
<br />last regular meeting were read, on motion of Trustee Sanfilippe, seconded
<br />by trusteeTemple, the minutes of the meeting were_accepted as read. carried.
<br />
<br />A motion .by Trustee Gallucci seconded by Trustee Silvestri,' that the
<br />bOard dispence with the regular order of business, was carried.
<br />
<br /> Mr Lyons, representing ,Mr. Feinberg of H~lland Park Apts,
<br /> asked the board for a possible meeting in the very near future, after
<br /> some discussion the board decided to meet with Mr Feinberg and Mr. Lyons
<br /> on,Wed, evening Jan. 18,1961 at ?:30 P.M.
<br /> Return °to regular order of business, motion by Trustee ~ilvestri, seconded
<br />by Trustee Canale, was carried.

<br />granted after tb~swas checked cut by illage Atty', Mayer to grant

<br />
<br />future surveys, w~$ ordered filed.
<br /> Letter from Fire ~asurance Rating Organization, reguarding
<br />
<br />annexation in the Village, vas ordered filed.
<br /> Report fr.om the Grinnell Public L~brary for 1960, on motion of
<br /> Trustee Gallucci, seconded by Trustee oanale, was accepted as read,
<br />
<br />and ordered filed, carried.
<br />A. card on service for parking meters, was ordered filed.

<br />accepted as read. carried.
<br /> Police Justice report for December 1960 for the sum ef $139.00
<br />Om motion of Trustee ~ellly, seconded by Trustee Temple was accepted as
<br />read. carried.
<br /> Police report for the year of 1960 on motion ef Trustee Gallucci,
<br />seconded by Trustee Reilly, was accepted as read and ordered filed.

<br /> Highway- Chairman reported that tho new plow was installed on the
<br /> garbage truck, one o~ the other trucks was being repaired, This would
<br />give the highway dept. two good trucks. The ..~.yor, Chairman of ~i~.~.ay~ _
<br />and Supt; of Public Works. had meet with the ~llage empAoyees o~ ~nxs ~ep~
<br /> to discuss Holidays and Vacations, in 1961 they would receive six
<br /> regular holidays, also would get off the friday after Thanksgiving.
<br />Chatrman. receiveda letter from the Wappingers Chamber of comme~ce
