Con't meeting of Village Board on Tuesday Sept 12,I961.at 7:30 P.M. <br />at the Mesier Homestead. <br /> Those present- MaYor Mc~loskey, Trustee's, Reil!y, EanVoorhis, <br />Fitzpatrick, Canale, Treas. Mc onald, Atty. Schofield, ssessor Greco. <br /> Mr. A. DiMarco, for Water Board. ~ <br /> <br /> This was a closed meeting to discuss the request of Water and <br /> sewer for the Holland Park Apt. <br /> After some discussion, it was decided by motion of <br /> Trustee Reilly, seconded by TrUstee ~it~patrick~ to hold a meeting <br /> on Tuesday Sept. 19, 1961~ between the ~illage oard' Water Board, <br /> and a representive of the Holland Pa~k Ept's., also that if a <br /> ~epresentive of Holland Park Apts was not present, the request for <br /> ewer and water would be denied, carried. <br /> The Board then went into Exec. section. <br /> <br /> A motion by Trustee Canale, seconded by Trustee Reilly to return to <br />the reg. order of business was carried. <br /> <br /> Spec. Meeting of the Villaqe Board and Water Board was held <br />on Sept. 19,1961 at 7:30 P.M. ~ <br /> ~hose present' Mayor McCloske~, Trustee's Reilly, VanVoorhis <br />Temple, ~itzpatrick Canale, Treas. Mc Onald, Atty. Schofield. <br />Mr. Fries, Mr. DiMarco, Mr Bain. Mr. Snow for Holland Park Apts, <br /> <br /> Mr. Snow told all present, that he now was in charge <br />of the project, know as the Holland Park Apts. That Mr Feinberg <br />was relieved Of his duties. He asked the board, what had been <br />promised by Mr. Feinberg, for sewer and water, when answered he <br />said that he would have to go back to the~own~rs, and then could <br />come back with an answer. The board told ~$. ~ow to have a letter <br /> sent to the board giving the officers of the ~o. and that after <br /> this was done they would discuss this matter further. <br /> There being no futher business before the board the meeting <br /> was adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
