The regular meeting of the Village Board was held at the

<br /> ! The Minutes of the last regular meetin~ were read, on a motion
<br />b2 Trustee Temple, seconded bY Trustee Van oorhis the minutes were
<br />a~ceoted as read and carried.
<br />! A motion by Trustee Canale, seconded by Trustee Fitzpatrick,
<br />tO dispense with the regular order of business was carried.

<br /> Mr. J. Synett, told the board that he had called the Police
<br /> Station, in need of a doctor, and that he did not receive any
<br /> help from the night clerk on duty. The Mayor explained to Mr.
<br /> Synett that this was not the duty of the night clerk, but that
<br /> the clerk should have tried to help him, he said that he would
<br /> talk to the night clerk on th~s matter.
<br />
<br /> Mr. Wm. Brower,snd Mr. J. Delaney came before the Board on
<br />the subject of outside organizations meeting in the Fire house.
<br />They told board that there had been trouble, such as someone
<br />leaving the key on inthe truck, and the battery found dead in
<br />the truck. After some discussion on this matter, the board decided'
<br />that the Fire Co, should have their Trustees make up a schedule
<br />of dates, that they would be using the fire houses, and also
<br /> stating the Open dates for out s~de organization. This
<br />schedule would be given to the Village Clerk, and then the
<br /> clerk and the trustees would meet, to form a schedule that
<br /> would be presented to the board for approval.

<br /> Mr. A. Weinberg came before the board~ on a recreation program
<br />that the National Bowling ~ssoc, wanted to have for the teenages.
<br /> This program would be paid for by the assoc, but they would
<br />like the board to sponsor the program. Mr. Weinberg was asked to
<br />get more information on this matter, and bring it to our recreation
<br />Comm~ for study, and then they could bring their findings to
<br />the illage Board. .
<br /> A motion by Trustee Canale, seconded by Trustee VanVoorhis to
<br />return to the regualr order of busniss was carried.

<br />on snow re~oval on Laffin Ave. Clerk to notify Mr. GoIds~ith
<br /> that street is not a Village street, so therefor the Village
<br /> can not plow this street.
<br /> A letter from Mr. Shay, of clapp ~ve, ,Village,
<br /> on sidewalk repair, this was turned over to the Highway Comm.
<br /> A Letter from Mrs. McKir~ey, Lower Henry St.l,Village,
<br /> on sidewalk repair, this was turned over' to Highway Comm.

<br /> on sidewalk repair, t~Is was turned over to Highway ~omm.

<br /> by the highway Dept. letter to be f~led.
