O0 at this time and in case of a
fire under the SO Per 0ent co-insurance policy the vi~llage would receive
a small s~ for the toss to replace this building on account of building
materi~ and labor being exceeding high that is why he suggested thatif
eke co insurance clause is to be used, the policy must be increased to
an amount which is equal to SO per cent of the present depreciated value
of the building or a flat rate must be used without the co-insurance
clause. Naturally when $26,000 may be secured for $ I23.50 you would nott~
use the flat rate basis.

Motion by Trustee ~tileyya~_~ seconded by TrUstee Feeney the polloy be
renewed on the Johnson Fire House for a period of one year at a valuat-
ion of $ ~,000 and the cost of preml~ $ ~'~O as specified By Agent.
Walke r, ·

A ~zmunioation was read from the Junior Chamber of Commerce extend-
ing an invitation to. the members of the Board to attend a dance at the
Central School on October 22nd. at which time the new ambulance will be
turned over to the Village.
