Copy of minutes <br />of regular meeting held February h, 1969 were previously forwarded <br />to members of the Zoning Board of Appeals for their review. Mr. <br />Smith made motion minutes be accepted, seconded by Mr. Myers and <br />passed. <br /> <br />BRAOK OONSTRUOTIO~ CORPORATION <br /> <br /> 0hairman Savelll made following statement: "Brack Con- <br />struction Corporation made application to this Board for ~ <br />special permit to construct 139 new ~arden type apartments. <br />Public hearing was held en February $. At the conclusion of <br />this hearing the Board rendered no decision. Adjacent property <br />owners appeared before the Board and requested that special <br />permit be denied upon the ground that there was a violation of <br />right cf way owned by them. The right of way is not located on <br />the site under review but on nearby lands also owned by the <br />applicant. The Board agreed to reconvene on this date to con- <br />sider any ~zg~mente the attorney for ~he adjacent land owners <br />might care to advance. At this time the chair will recognize <br />Mr. Reed and he can make his presentation." <br /> <br /> Attorney John M. Reed introduced himself as representing <br />Mr. and Mrs. Arnold E. Cecchlnl, Edward J. Alello and Peter J. <br />Alello and explained he was unable to attend the last meeting <br />of the Board. He felt his clients were not necessarily asking <br />this Board to deny the application for a variance by Mr. Brlll, <br />but were asking the Board to place conditions on any approval <br />which would clear up the problem with the easement. He called <br />Board's attention to his letter dated February 17, 1969 forwarded <br />to the Zoning Board of Appeals which is attached to and made a <br />part of these minutes. He showed map prepared by Richard G. <br />Barger which indicated the perimeter of the first section of <br />Ashley Apartments complex. Mr. Reed %eOk exception to the fact <br />that this is a separate application from the first complex. He <br />felt that it is all one complex and this is nothing more than an <br /> <br /> <br />
