McCormick, Bethel Missionary Baptist Church <br />George Crowder, Bethel Missionary Baptist Church <br /> <br />Chairman Savelli called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. <br />Ne requested a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes and to apprOve same <br />as written and forwarded to all members by mail. <br />Motion by M~. VanWagenen, seconded by Mr. Ne,rm~ to dispense with the reading of the <br />minutes and to approve same as written and forwarded to all members ~y mail. <br />All in favor; motion carried. Minutes approved as written. <br /> <br />Chairman Savelli stated the first order of business en the agenda was a public hearing <br />at the request of Joseph Br~cone, Samuel Dell'Olio and William Marcojohn, seeking <br />special use permit to operate a private men's club to be located in a building <br />Joining Reni Floral Shop, Route 9, Village. <br />Secretary read the Notice of Appeal, Legal Notice as it appeared in the P~ughkmepsie <br />Journal, ~ ~.l~o the recommendation of the Dutchess County Dept. of P!en-.ing which <br />stated the decisiou should be based on the study of local facts. <br /> <br />Mr. BracOne showed plot plan to members of Board. He stated the club would be toward <br />the rear of the property. <br />Chairman Savelli asked how m~ny members there would be and Mr. Bracone replied 20-30. <br />Chairman Savelli aaked if State had given approval for the club. <br />Mr. Bracone replied they had not contacted the state as yet, pending the decision of <br />the Board. <br />Chairman Savelli a~ked if there would be an~ alcohol served and Mr. Bracone replied no. <br /> <br />Mr. VanWagenen asked about parking in the front. <br />Mr. Bracone showed on the plan where lot is blacktopped for parking and pointed to a <br />line on the side. It measures approximately ?0 x 32 a~xl there is additional parking <br />in the rear. <br /> <br />Chairman~ Savelli asked if they would be occupyt~ the building in the evening onl~ <br />was told yes. <br />Mr. VauWagenen stated that there is ample parking from what he could see ~n the plan. <br />Chairman Savelli asked how many cars could park in the lot. <br />Mr. Bracone stated 25-30 as whole lot measures 124 x 40. <br />Chairman Savelli asked if any major renovations would be done. <br /> <br /> <br />
