Minutes approved as written. <br /> <br />Chair~-- SaveXli stated he received a cel~ of a letter to Mrs. Eileen Mclk~-w~ fre~ <br />John W. ~aubenuestel, Zoning ~fficer, in regard te her v~riance al~PlAcati~n which had <br />been apl~r~ved by the Zoning Boa~d. l~c wa~ no, ed t~at the ninety d~y period ~ lapsed <br />a~ since she was never notified ~f this time period, by the Board, the Zo~iug Officer, <br />al~er c~nsuXtation with the Village Attorney, waive~ the requirement ef the ~ d~ffs for <br />Just cause and issued her a building permit for pr~m~ses locate~ at l~ Clinton Street. <br />Mrs. MclM~-~ wishes to convert 10 Clinton Street into a t~o fa~ residence. <br />Chairman Savelli stated he had ne objection to the Zoning ~ficer's aetie~s and other <br />B~ard me~Bers agreed that the ninety d~y period should be waived. <br />Also it was pointed nut that the will Just recent~ went through probate. <br /> <br />Zoning ~ficer ~ubennestel then stated that a w~aan e~t~eted him in regard to purchas- <br />ing a trailer fr~a Mr. Xeri which is located on Franklindale Avenue. ~e said Mr. Y~ri <br />was given a special per~it by the Zonimg Boar~ to have trailers on his property pre- <br />vided he vas hooke~ up to sewer and water and electricity. Mr. ~mri was given permission <br />for two trailers and he has three. There is no evidence that he can have three. <br />The Zoning ~Fficer is concerned that if Mr. Xori continues to sell trailers this wi~A <br />be c~nsidered a tra~ ler park an~ this was not approved by the Zoning B~ard ~r the ZOn- <br />Or~inance~ and therefore, he is in violation. He is concerned ab~At the Brd trailer <br />because it is difficult to determine which is the third trailer. <br />Discussi~ fello~ed. <br /> <br />Cha~--~an Savelli then stated that Enights garage has reopene~ under the n~ae of Second <br />~ Rolls. He said there ere qui%e a few ~ers on the <br />Zoning O~ficer ~be~nestel stated that the Planning Board gave approval for 29 cars. <br />~ checked the area and sc~e of the cars belong to the emp~ees. ~e suggested to <br />the e~ner that a sign Be erected stating '~pl~yee Parking." They have a week to <br />clear the area. <br /> <br />Chairman SaveXli then ~tated it has been very quiet in regar~ to OXapp Avenue (Mice~.t & <br />GXusker ), <br />Mr. m~th stated that he had heard people ~ved mt. <br /> <br />Chairm~u SavelXi ~iscussed the f~rmer M~ll~r building on ~est Main Street. He said the <br />doors on the garage are f-~ing apart an~ the inside is a ~ees. ~ then as~ad if amy- <br />thing was being d~ne about tho burned out buildings on ~est Main Street. <br />Zoning ~ficer ~ubennestel stated a d~ntis has purchased ~e (Na~on's) and he has <br />requested infcu'mntion about a buiX~-~ permit, etc. and s~ae was sent to hi~. <br /> <br />Chairman Savelli stated the next meeting would be Dec~er 6th. <br /> <br /> <br />
