Minutes approved as written. <br /> <br />Chairman Savelli stnte~ he reeeive~ a letter frc~ the ~o~ing OFficer in regar~ to a Brd <br />apartment at 29 Olapp Avenue. The house is in the name of Doris Glusker. ~e ~lso <br />stated that there are scrapped cars on the property. <br />Zoning Officer ~ubennestel stated he received a complaint about the 3rd ~par~aent. As <br />the Board is a~are she has a v~riance for ~ 2 apartments. The Fire Iuspector went <br />to the promises and a tenant confirmed that there is a 3rd apam~aent. Mrs. Glu~ker <br />10 days to remove the cars and to cease and desist from the use of the 3rd apa~L~ent. <br /> <br />Mr. ~nith stated he had passed the Getty ~aa ~catien an~ could see no unlicensed cars. <br />The only cars on the premises were there for repairs. <br />Zoning Officer Haubenuestel stated the owner is sub leasing fr~n a dealer. <br />Mr. ,~4th asked who owns the cars. <br />Zoning Officer ~ubennestel replied that the cars are owned by a dealer. The dealer <br />takes them to Getty for repeirs. <br />Mr. Smith asked about the plates on the cars. <br />Zoning Officer ~ubeonestel stated the license for the cars is issued te the dealer by <br />the State. <br />Discussion ended. <br /> <br />ChaLrma~ Smve]~ inquired about the DePaolo property on West M~in Street. He stated <br />the porch is a mess and still has not been completed. <br />Mr. Smith stated the Zoning BOL~Xl cannot run the world. <br />Atty. Lyons stated this is not a problem of the Zoning Board. <br />Mr. Ne,,,_~n asked if ~Ltsorderl~ conduct charges could be br~,_ght, as the porch is a <br />hazard and serves no useful purpose. <br />Atty. Lyo~ stated you can't enforce this. You cannot force an~rone to do anything with <br />their property if they do not went to do it. <br />Discussion followed. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons stated that Calvin Lawrence wanted to appear before the Benzol but it was <br />to late. He said that he told Mr. L~wrence that he would discuss with the Board what <br />he wanted to do an~ get their reaction. <br />Mr. Lawrence owns property on Garden Street. There are four lots. Atty. Lyons showed <br />plan of same. <br />Atty. Lyons stated that Mr. Lawrence want to build a house on the lot. ~t is an R-2F <br />District. <br />Atty. LyOns said that Mr. Lawrence wants to know whether he should cede before the Board <br />for a variance or an interpretation. <br />Discussion followed.
