Eaubennestel, Zoning Eaforcement 0~ficer; Nancy L~wney, Rec~r~n~ Secretary Chairman Savelli c~lled the meeting to order 7:31 p.m. ~ requested a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes & to approve same as written and forwarded to all members by mail. Morton by Mr. Casey, seconded by Mr. VanWagenen to dispense with the read~ of the minutes and to approve same as written and forwarded to ~ll ~ers by mail. All in favor; motion cmrried. Minutes aplmroved as written. Ohairm~ Savelli s~ated that he received a letter frma Duteheas County Planning Federa- tion with an attached questionnaire in regmrd to Zoning & Planning. Secretary read same and Board checked appropriate b~xes. Form to be returned with cover letter. Discussion was held on various V4~age matters. Chairman Savelli then asked if Board members had received a copy of the letter fram Atty. Pisanelli in regard to the Armstrong Decision. Board members replied that they had. After discussion, Boar~ members agreed to let the matter stand as it is and Atty. l~sanelli to be notified of same. Ail felt that this matter should be handled by the Boar~ of Trustees and Zoning Board will abide by their decision. Chairman Savelli then questioned the Bottini p~oblem concerning his Business on Olinton Street. Zoning Officer Naubennestel stated Mr. Bottini has obtained the necessary sign permit for West Main Street aud he is waiting for a letter from Mr. Bottini in regard to the use of the property at 18 Clinton Street. Motion by Mr. ~mith, seconded by Mr. Casey that the meeting Ail in favor; motion carried. Meeting adjourned 7:5~ p.m. Next meeting will be held June 7, 1~83.
