Y. <br /> <br />Chairman Savelli called the meeting to order 7:31 p.m. <br />He requested a m~tion to dispense with the resoling of the minutes and to aplu~ve s~ae <br />as written and forwarded to ~11 members by mail. <br />M~tion by Mr. Caeey, seconded by Mr. ~mith to ~ispense with the reading of the ainntes <br />and to approve same as written and fc~-~arded to ~11 me~bers by mail. <br />Ail in favor; m~tion carried. Minutes al~roved as written. <br /> <br />Chairman Savelli stated the first order of business on the agenda would be & public hear- <br />lng at the request of Mary Ann Distefano, 21 High St., Village, seeking & variance to <br />install and operate a physical theral~ office at 3 S~ring St., Village. <br /> <br />Secretary read the ~otice of Appea~, the Legal Notice as it appeared in the Bouthern <br />Dutehass News and a letter frc~ the Dutohess County DeI~x~aent of l~n-~tng which stated <br />that the decision should be Based on local study of facts in the case. <br /> <br />ChaArman ~avelli asked Mrs. Distefano if she would li~ to ~ess the Board. <br />Mrs. Distefano stated everything had been sai~ in the l~pers rea~ by the secretary. <br />She said that she is license~; ~11 patients must be referre~ ~o her by a ~oct~r. ~he <br />real~ does not think this type of operation would hurt the area. <br /> <br />Chairman ~avelli asked how mar~ patients voul~ be teeated at one time. <br />Mrs. ~iStefano stated there would be three per hemr. ~mae would Be treate~ for 45 minutes <br />and others for 15 or 20 minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Van~agenen asked what the hours would be. <br />Mrs. DiStefano replied the~ woul~ be evening heurs, 5-~ p,m. <br /> <br />A plan of the offices ~ae ~hown a~d discussed by Boaxxl a~abera. <br />Zoning ~ficer Nanhe~aestel then reed a letter in favor of the variance being granted, <br />Copy a~,ond.ed to the original aim-tea. <br /> <br />Dr. Stephen DiMareo stated that the Business ~ be in his bui~ting. It we-~ be <br />family related. ~Iis m~ther-in-law lives u~stairs. Ne has no eBjection. <br />Chairman ~avelli asked ~r. Lyons if he ha~ ar~ objections sad 12r.
