Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes of ~eeting Held September 3, 1985, Mesier Hc~nestes~l, <br />~appingers F~ s, New York <br /> <br />Those present: F~ank Savelli, Chairman; Robert Smith; Sterling VanWagenen; H~rol~ <br /> Reilly, Village Attorney; Nancy Iowney, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Absent: George Casey; Joel Neum~n; John W. Haubennestel, Zoning Enforcement Officer <br /> <br />Chairman Savelli c~.11ed the meeting to order 7:31 p.m. <br />Ne requested a motion to dispense with the reacling of the minutes and to approve same <br />as written and forwarded to ~1 members by mail. <br />Motion by Mw. Smith, seconded by Mw. VanWagenen to dispense with the reaAing of the <br />minutes and to approve same as written and forwarded to ~11 members by mail. <br />Ail in favor; motion carried. Minutes approved. <br /> <br />Atty. Reilly stated that the Bo~ shoul~ act on the DeSantis & DeMelis application. <br />Mr. Smith stated they had two d2e~s. <br />Mr. Van~agenen stated the property was described as two parcels. <br />Atty. Reilly replied that it was put as one deed. He felt they shOulA go to the Plan- <br />ning Boar~. <br />Atty. Reilly then stated that they shoulxt vote on the resolution. He said he felt that <br />they do not need the 50 ft. requirement and that they should go to the Planning Board <br />for sub~livision. <br />Motion by Mr. Van~/a~enen, sectmded by Mr. Smith to approve the resolution as drawn up <br />by Atty. Reilly an~ that the 50 ft. is not required ~ that they should go to the <br />Planning Board for subdivision. <br />Roll ca~l vote: Mr. Van~/agenen, aye; Mm. Smith, a~e; Chairman Savelli, eye. <br />Ail in favor; motion carrie~. Resolution szlopted. Three voting aye. <br />Secy. was directed to send the resolution to Gregory Supple, attorney for DeSantis & <br />DeMelis. <br /> <br />Discussion was hel~ on the Golfing property, the Texaco Station & A.M. Kennedy Trucking. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. VanWagenen that the meeting adjourn. <br />All in favor; motion c~rrie~.
