Puletz, 65 Mesier Avenue South, seeking a variance to erect
an addition to premises located at 65 Mesler Avenue South. Said variance is requested
due to shortage of side line clearance.

Secretary read the Notice of Aopeal; Legal Notice as it appeared in the Souther~Dutchess
News; letter from Dutchess County Department of Planning which stated and recommended
that Board base its decison upon study of local facts; letter from the Village Planning
Board recommending denial as plans are to vague, dimensions are vague and they do not
state whether it is one story or two.
A letter was also read from Mr. Harry Crist, 63 Mesier Avenue South, who resides at
next door, and who does not have any objection as long as the over hange does not ex-
tend onto his driveway. He can see no reason to deny same, as Mr. Puletz needs
the room.
Mr. Donald Gioia, 59 Mesier Avenue South, stated Mr. Puletz is cramped for space and
he felt the variance should be granted.
Mr. Greg Hemingway 52 Mesier Avenue South, also stated the variance should be given.
Mr. Puletz stated there would be a peaked roof. He does need the room es two children
and there are only two bedrooms now.
Mrs. Eileen Masterson, 60 Mesier Avenue South, stated that the variance should be given.
It is t~me to keep the young people in the village, not drive them out.
