<br />Chairman Savelli called the meeting to order 7:30 ~.m.
<br />He reouested a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes and to approve same
<br />as written and *o~.~arded to all members by mail.

<br />Chairman Savelli stated that the first item on the agenda would be the continuation of
<br />a public hearing at the reouest of Keith Robbins, 2 Creekview ~ourt, Village, seeking
<br />a variance, due tm shortage of side line clearance, to erect an addition at 2 Creekview
<br />Court, Village.
<br />~r. Robbins presented a plan to the ~oard. It showed the lot size to 106'x~'~ from one
<br />side it is 53.29 and the other is 2B.~I. Thr house has a width of 29.S ft and it is
<br />?B ft. deep.
<br />Discussion was held on dimensions.
<br />~r. Smith asked what the footage is between the sidewalk and the house.
<br />~r. Robbins reelied that it is 3~.9' from the house to the curb. He stated he wants to
<br />add a I~ Ft. addition.
<br />Atty. Viglotti pointed out that he had
<br />The Assessment Roll shows that it measures 69.1' x 9~.9'.
<br />Chairman Savelli stated he told !ir. Robbins that he could bring in a detailed drawing
<br />as to have an architect do same, it would cost SI,O00.
<br />Atty. Viglotti stated there seems to be a difference on the measurements of the side lines.
<br />~!r. Robbins stated that his ho~e ~aces Creekview Court and the addition would be on the
<br />Claan Avenue side.
<br />Chairman Savelli stated that it a~pears that he has 01enty of room.
<br />7oning Officer HauSennestel 0ointed out that ~r. ~arger was 9ranted a variance by the
<br />Board to build these homes because of side line requirements.
<br />Mrs. ~¥nn Greco, ~eputy Zoning Enforcement Officer, stated that she and ti~e Zoning O~icer
<br />measured the nroperty and come un with 6,6~8 sq. ft. The house is 25 x 30 which gives
<br />you ~40 so. ft., the nool and deck area measure 514 sq. ft. This is a total of 1,354 sq. ft.
