<br />The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
<br />A motion to abstain from reading the minutes since everyone had received a
<br />copy by mall, was made by George Casey and seconded by Robert Smith.
<br />The secretary read information from the County concerning Conlfer Development.
<br />A majority plus one vote will be needed to approve Conifer since the County
<br />recommends wltholdlng approval.
<br />This issue has been temporarily tabled until Sterling VanWagenen, who was not
<br />present at to, II call because of lllnes~could be called.
<br />
<br />The second item on the agenda was an appearance by Steven Evans who is seeking
<br />a variance to build a house at 70 Mesier Avenue, Village. Mr. Evans was sworn
<br />in by Mr. Viglotti after which, he presented his site plans,
<br />The County recommended ,hat the Zoning Board do what they feet is ~pproprlate.
<br />Mr. Evans showed his plans to build a house attached to the garage with a
<br />chimney on the opposite side. The lot size is 50 x 100 ft, an old fashioned
<br />sized lot. The garage is already there and the new house would be built
<br />without a porch.

<br />* Due to lllness~ Sterling VanWagenen came in late, after being called by
<br />the Board to vote on the Conifer issue, He remained for the rest of the meeting.
