The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. Tony Parisella's hearing was first
because of the large number of people attending. Mr. Parisella was sworn in and
presented his case. He has requested a use variance for office business and would
put up a fence between 14 Brookside Drive and 12 Brookside Drive.
The criteria for a use variance was explained by Lou Viglotti;
a) unique reason and return -you must address the hardship.
b) cannot ~ain a reasonable return
c) Character of the neighborhood must be discussed.
The Board cannot grant the variance legally without these criteria being met.

Input
Helen Walker, 7 Brookside Drive stated that there will be a four lane highway
eventually with no access to the proposed office business except through Brookside
Drive.
