Box 589, W,F. <br />Jim Snowden, East Maln St. LaPar office <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. with minutes accepted as amended. <br />The first item on the agenda was an appearance by Peter D. Howard and Richard <br />Haines seeking a variance in connection with property located at 20~22 Wes~ Main <br />Street, Village. <br />The Secretary read the legal notice and notice of appeal. <br />The variance is requested for area for each apartment insofar as space. <br />Mr. Savelll recalled that the original variance was for parking ~n~ apartments <br />when De lano Brothers first applied but their were no plans.. <br />Discussion and referral to file. <br />T~e square foetaqe per apartment was then researched In the Planning Board Minutes of <br />May 7, 1987. <br />Sterling VanWagenen pointed out that we need to see plans and the applicants are <br />incorrect since they are not the owners yet. <br />Discussion, <br />Mr, D~lano must go to the ~lannin~ Board and come back to the ZBA; therefore, we <br />cannot act on this at this time. We originally gave permission for parking for a <br />two family dwelling. We will reauire our attorney's input. <br />Motion by Sterling VanWagenen to continue the hearing upon consulting with our <br />attorney. <br />Seconded by Rudy Breglia <br />All Aves. <br /> <br />At 8~00 p,m., the Secretary read the Notice of Appeal and Legal Notice for Louis <br />Snell~ 51 Market Street who is seeking a variance to subdivide property which has <br />deeded encroachments. <br /> <br /> <br />
