Zoning Board of Appeals, Minutes, October 6, 1987, Mesier Homestead, Wappingers Falls <br />N.Y. 7:30 p,m. <br /> <br />Present: Frank Savelli, Chairman; Robert Smith: Kenneth Cain; Kathleen Wilson, <br />Secretary to the ZBA. <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> F ileen Masterson, 60 South Mesier Ave, Wappingers Falls, N.Y. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. Motion was made by Robert Smith <br />to accept the minutes as written and Seconded by Kenneth Cain. All Ayes. <br /> <br />The first order of business was the reading of the letter of resignation of <br />Rudy Breglia. The Secretary read the letter. <br /> <br />The Secretary also read the lead agency letter stating that the Planning Board <br />is the designated lead agency for the McDonald's project. The Chairman, Frank <br />Savelli~ signed the letter. <br /> <br /> Informal discussion of the various projects going on in the Vlllage. <br /> <br />A copy of the Zoning Ordinance, Use Charts and Map was given to the new ZBA <br />member, Kenneth Cain. <br /> <br />Motlon was made to adjourn the meeting by Robert Smith and Seconded by Frank <br />Savelli. <br />All Ayes. <br /> <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Kathleen Wilson <br />Secretary Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> <br />kw <br /> <br /> <br />
