<br />Meeting began unofficially at 7:30 P.M. without a quorum.

<br />JANES IORI~ 38-40 FRANKLINDALE AVENUE
<br />
<br />Chairman advised there would be a continuation of the discussion of the
<br />James Iori application for a variance for 38-40 Franklindale Avenue.
<br />
<br />Secretary read the No, ice of Appeal and legal no, lce which states Mr. Iorl~s
<br />wish to subdivide his property.
<br />
<br />Mr. Iorl advised he wishes to begin a foundation on the proposed new home,
<br />so he could advise the trailer tenants to prepare to vaca,e. Mr. Vlglol~-I
<br />explained that the Planning Board would not divide the proper-h/ in half with
<br />three mobile homes on two lots. This can only be done if the trailers are
<br />removed. It was polnted out that Mr. lorl had been given permission for only
<br />two mobile homes in the past. Mr. Vlglottt advised that Mr. Iori must submit
<br />an englneerts drawing of the property wlth legal descrlptlons, which would
<br />first have to be approved by the Planning Board and filed with the Dutchess
<br />Coun,y Clerk's office.
<br />
<br />After discussion, Mr. Viglotti advised Mr. Iori that he is not legal in that
<br />one home and three trailers exist on the property. Mr. Iorl withdrew his
<br />appeal.
