Motion was <br />made by Mr. Casey, seconded by Mr. Smith that minutes of meeting held July <br />5, 1988 be approved as written and received by all members by mail. Unani- <br />mously carried. <br /> <br />SWEET-ORR 8UILDING~ 6-12 Mill Street (Sunset Crest Realty) <br />Chairman stated that we would have a continuation of the public hearing on <br />the request of Mr. and Mrs. Joerg Klebe(Sunset Crest Realty) for an inter- <br />pretation of the zoning ordinance in connection with their property at 6-12 <br />Mill Street. Mr. Savelli stated that Mr. and Mrs. Klebe were present with <br />their attorney, Mr. Butts. <br /> <br />Secretary read legal notice as inserted in July 20, 1988 edition of Southern <br />Dutchess News, and Notice of Appeal #14-87. Secretary advised that all pro- <br />party owners within a radius of 200 feet of the subject property were fur- <br />nished with a copy of the legal notice. <br /> <br />Chairman Savelli stated that the original hearing on the application was <br />August 4; 1987 and they have been working on it ever since. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Butts, Attorney for the Klebes gave an abbreviated version of the <br />problem. Mr. Klabe had purchesedthe building In November 1986. They had <br />plans to renovate the building and bring it back to Its former appearance. <br />They have done much research on the building and desire to change the use <br />of the second and third floors of the building to professional and commercial <br /> <br /> <br />
