Unanimously
carried.

MR AND MRS. ALFRED GRECOt 14 REMSEN AVENUE NORTHt WAPPINGERS FALLS~ NEW YORK
Chairman Savelli stated that the first order of business would be holding of
public hearing on application of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Greco, 14 Remsen Avenue
North, Wappingers Falls, New York seeking a variance from sideline requirement
in an R7.5 district. Secretary read legal notice as inserted in the September
21, 1988 edition of Southern Dutchess News and notice of appeal #14-88. Secre-
tary stated that the Dutchess County Planning Department responded to the zoning
referral and indicated there were no problems. Secretary advised that all pro-
perty owners within a radius of 200 feet from subject property were furnished a
copy of the legal notice.

Secretary passed around the plan that Mr. Greco had drawn showing where on his
property he wanted fo put the proposed garage. Chairman Savelli asked Mr. Greco
how close to his neighbor's line he wanted to put his garage and Mr. Greco
answered right on the line. Mr. Greco's neighbor, Mrs. Alice T.C. Hemroth was
in attendance and she stated she had no problems with putting the garage on her
property line.

Mr. Pacio, Deputy Zoning Enforcement Officer asked Mr. Greco how big the garage
was going to be? Mr. Greco stated it would be 22' x 32' and Mr. Pacio agreed
that this complied with the zoning ordinance.

Mr. Keeler Pulling objected to a variance being granted the Greco's. His com-
plaint was that the Zoning Board of Appeals gave him difficulty at the time of
his application. He entered a discussion with the acting Village Attorney who
advised him that the matter before the Zoning Board of Appeals was the Greco
appeal for a variance and not his and that the record would show that he ob-
jected.
