Casey, s~nded by Hr. Van Wagenen that minutes of meeting held ~ober 4, 1988 <br />be approved as written and received by all ~bers by mail. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MR. ROGER CIARFELLA~ 4 PELHAM STREE-T~ WAPPIN~ERS FALLS~ NE~ YORK <br />Chairman Savelll stated that the first order of business would be holding of public <br />hearing on application of Mr. Ro~er Ciarfella, 4 Pelham Street, Wapplngers Falls <br />seeking a variance from Section 542.5 to allow a subdivision of his p~erty at <br />4 Pelham Street, Wappingers Falls into two lots. Secretary reed legal notice as <br />inserted In the November 2, 1988 edition of Southern Dutchess News and Notice of <br />Appeal ~15-88. Secretary stated that the Dutchess County Planning Oepartment <br />responded to the zoning referral and indicated there were no problems. Secretary <br />advised that all property owners within a radius of 200 feet fr~ subject property <br />were furnished a copy of the legal notice. <br /> <br />Chairman Savelll explained Mr. Ciarfella~s situation as reviewed by the Zoning <br />Board of Appeals at their October 4, 1988 meeting. Mr. Ciarfelle had already gone <br />before the Planning Board with his sketches and maps and he had their approval. <br />Mr. Ciarfellats propel-fy is 70~ x lO0t and he is also giving the respective buyers <br />5 ft. to be able to go down to the lake. The additional five feet cannot be counted <br />In the measurement of the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Casey made a motion that the subdivision for Mr. Ciarfetlats property be <br />approved, seconded by Mr. K~lb. Notion was unanimously approved on roll call vote, <br />Hr. Savelli - Yes, Hr. VanWagenen - Yes, Mr. Casey - Yes and Mr. Kolb - Yes. <br /> <br />Van Wagenen stated for the record that the subdlvlsion was only being granted <br />protect the Planning Board. <br /> <br />MR. RONALD RAFFAELE~ 105 WEST MAIN STREET~ WAPPINGERS FALLS~ NEY YORK <br />Chairman Savelli stated that the next order of business would be holding of public <br />hearing on application of Mr. Ronald Raffaele, 105 West Hain Street, Wappingers <br />Falls seeking a variance from sideline requlrements in a F~I-I zone. Secretary read <br />legal notice as inserted in the November 2, 1988 edition of the Southern Dutchess <br />News and Notice of Appeal #16-88. Secretary stated that the Dutchess County Planning <br />Department responded to the zoning referral and indicated there were no problems. <br />Secretary advised that all property owners within a radius of 200 feet from subject <br />property were furnished a copy of the legal notice. <br /> <br /> <br />
