Motion was made by Sterling Van Wagenen to <br />accept the minutes of the April 4, 1989 meeting with the exception of adding <br />Harry Greco to the distribution list and excluding George Kolb, seconded by Bob <br />Smith. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MR. FELIX LOPEZ, 3 ELM STREET~ WAPPINGERS FALLS, NEW YORK 12590 <br />Chairman Savelli stated that the first order of business would be continuation of <br />public hearing originally held March 7, 1989 seeking a variance to permit the <br />erection of an addition to a legal non-conforming structure in a R2-F district. <br /> <br />Mr. Reilly, attorney for Mr. Lopez stated that Mr. Lopez had Mr. Jeffrey Contelmo <br />a professional engineer draw a set of plans showing the exact location and size of <br />Mr. Lopez's building. Mr. Contelmo explained the plans to the Board and stated <br />that he also laid out conforming parking as specified by the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. <br />Contelmo stated that the expansion would be 700 sq. feet which when added to the <br />existing 1700 sq. feet for a total of 2400 sq. feet. The size of the building has <br />been reduced from the first plans which Mr. Lopez had presented. Mr. Contelmo <br />stated the addition would be even with the building that is already there. <br /> <br />Mr. Greco made a motion to adjourn this hearing until month, seconded by Mr. <br />Casey.
