Motion was made by Mr. smith and seconded <br />by Mr. Casey to accept the minutes of the September 7, 1989 meeting with the exception <br />of last paragraph, last tine should read" ..... scheduled for October 10, 1989." <br /> <br />MR. AND MRS. A. BERTOLA, 34 SPRING STREET, WAPPINGERS FALLS <br />The first item on the agenda was the application of Mr. and Mrs.. A. Bertola, 34 <br />Spring Street, Wappingers Falls' seeking a variance to be able to subdivide his <br />property and have one undersized lot. Secretary read legal notice as inserted in <br />the September 27, 1989 edition of the Southern Dutchess News and Notice of Appeal <br />#15-89. Secretary advised that all property owners within a radius of 200 feet <br />from subject property were furnished a copy of the legal notice and Dutchess <br />County Department of Planning responded that this was a matter of local concern <br />to the zoning referral. <br /> <br />Mr. Bertola presented his plan. He stated that eventually his daughter would be <br />building a house on the property. The lot is not for sale. The lot had two <br />deeds when he bought it and he:~made it all one. Mr. Bertola also presented a <br />copy of his survey. Mr. Greco pointed out that this is a dead-end street. Mr. <br />Visentin pointed out that the Planning Board had no objections to the ZBA granting <br />the variance. <br /> <br />Mr. Gil Napoleon stated he Was in complete agreement with granting the subdivision <br />as it would increase tax abatement. Mr. William Goebel asked where will the <br />traffic flow come from. Mr. Bertola answered itwould come from Trabucco Place. <br />Mr. Hank DiMarco stated he was in favor of the subdilvision. <br /> <br />Mr. Smith made a motion, seconded by Mr. Greco to grant the variance. Unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
